Read moreLe cadre est simple, épuré sans être froid. L'atmosphère est intimiste et juste assez chic pour correspondre à toutes les occasions. Une soirée entre copines, un souper en amoureux ou un brunch branché.
Le service est parfait 👌
Absolument rien a dire, tout est là ; le sourire, la gentillesse, la discrétion et l'attention.
Pour ce qui est de la nourriture maintenant... Incroyable, je ne suis pas fan des anglicismes mais OMG it's amazing 🥰
J'ai essayer de prendre des photos mais c'était tellement délicieux que j'en ai oublié au passage car l'envie de déguster surpassait tout.
Le menu de saison était succulent, voici ce que nous avons pris et rien est à manquer :
Menu table d'hôte :
- Dumpling, légers et savoureux avec une note champignon umami vraiment légère
- Mac'bao, délicieux, vraiment bluffant
- Le chou fleur, croquant à la perfection et la sauce était savoureusement crémeuse
- Les gnocchis, délicats et réconfortants
- L'artichaud tempura, oh mon dieu, la sauce aurait pu être mangé à la cuillère et l'artichaut était délicat
- Les patates, moi qui n'aime pas la truffe habituellement, la délicatesse de cette expérience m'a enchanté, j'en aurai mangé volontiers sous la forme d'un gratin dauphinois en famille
- Le trou normand sans alcool, bon, frais, bienvenu
- Le brownies, je vais englober les deux desserts même si j'ai préféré le brownies : c'est rare alors je le souligne... Les desserts valent le coup ! Un vrai brownies avec des aclats de noix, l'amertume du cacao, la douceur du sorbet qui vient avec... Wahou
- Le gâteau au chocolat blanc
Le prix est vraiment très honnête et la qualité est bien supérieur a d'autres offres de concurrents direct. J'ai été vraiment impressionnée par l'expérience gustative proposée pour 59 par personne.
En résumé, nous reviendrons et nous avons maintenant notre spot pour les soirées spéciales. Le prix nous permet de revenir régulièrement et la qualité nous convainc de tester chaque plat du menu.

think if a classic bistro was not only elevated but featured a creative fusion of concepts and flavors. as a party of two, we enjoyed multiple dishes. the kale caesar salad was hands down the best I've had (and unfortunately, they keep their recipe a secret when inquired about how it's so good 💔). veggie forward with seasonal ingredients, our experience was very impressive overall.

The staff was also so nice and welcoming and the sitting area cozy.

Délicieux brunchs, très belles présentations. On a pris les pancakes et le bol Hernendez (déjà entamés dans les photos), les deux étaient très bons!! Le bol était très bon avec le faux oeuf poché, les haricots rouges, la salade de fennel, les patates et la sauce.

Archway effortlessly offers upscale Vegan brunch at an affordable price. We ordered the Chicken Waffle and the Pancake. The Chicken waffle is a crisp polenta waffle with juicy fried tofu chicken. Drizzled over top is a wonderfully balanced sweet and spicy chili maple syrup. The Pancake somehow tops the Chicken and Waffle and asserts itself as the true treat. Your eyes feast first on an explosion of colors: blues, greens, and browns circulate the plate. The blueberry compote spills over the sides of the short stack and mix with the pistachio butter moat slathered around. The hot and fluffy cakes hide a creamy, slightly tangy almond ricotta, which takes this dish from its already amazing status and elevates it to unbelievable heights. Archway is doing truly remarkable things and asserts itself as one of the truly amazing dining experiences in all of Canada.

We loved their take on the mimosa - I wouldn't have tried it if I hadn't seen a review here but it was great. The breakfast sandwich was incredible. The chicken waffle was ok, I'd skip it next time to try something else.

We visited this restaurant on a two day trip to Montreal. My husband and I each got the 5 course tasting menu with different options. Everything was delicious!! I had Creme brulee for the first time in five years since becoming vegan. It’s always been my favorite dessert.

Archway is a good looking restaurant with a good music selection and nice ambience. The fantastic and creative vegan food only makes it better. There were so many interesting dishes we over ordered. Portions are generous. We had bao, lionshead karaage and dumplings to start. Followed by mushroom steak and cauliflower schwarma. The steak was a 100% standout dish. Incredible. But all tasted great. So nice to have this place close to my neighbourhood. Awesome.

Archway is a mid-tier vegan restaurant serving up classic western dishes that are fully plant-based and delicious. The restaurant is cozy, adorned with house plants that really bring out a sense of calmness while dining.
Read moreMy friend decided to split their Lion's Mane Mushroom Kaarage ($19) along with their Truffle Fettuccini ($29) and the Maitake Steak ($28). We absolutely loved the mushrooms as they were perfectly battered and fried, and you don't often find lion's mane mushrooms in restaurants.
For the mains, the fettuccini was the standout with the slight hint of truffles being used to elevate the flavor. Our Maitake mushroom steak was okay as well. I felt it lacked some depth in flavor and relied heavily on the sauce laid underneath, which was still delicious. The polenta sticks accompanying the mushrooms were food too. I would stick with the kaarage and noodles for this one.
We also ended the meal with their Baklava Pear ($14) which was aromatic, sweet, and a great way to end the meal.
Prices are a bit steeper than I like but it was still great to experience one of the best vegan restaurants in town. Reservations are a must.

We have traveled the world and this is truly some of the best food — vegan or otherwise — that we have experienced anywhere. We ordered from the brunch menu (available until 4pm! Even during the week!) and both the sweet and savory options were superlative, demonstrating nuance without resorting to the “more is more” conceit that too many vegan restaurants substitute for sophistication. Neither prohibitively expensive nor stuffy in atmosphere, this is a destination restaurant and we look forward to planning our return.
