Not very pleased - Edit
I did not like the place. The music was very loud and the food was very oily. The place was way to expensive for what it was, since it was far away from the center and the food was nothing special.

Would not recomend - Edit
The food was ok but expensive compared to other places. Loud music playing the whole time so if you fo there with someone else you will not be able to hear each other. The waiter offered bread but if came when we were finishing our meal, and it tasted very bland, no taste at all. The bathroom was dirty and there is graffiti on the wall, a picture of a sh*t moking pot. The food was also very oily and I personally have a sensitive stomach and would not eat there again.

Wonderful atmosphere & food! - Edit
I would’ve given a 5 star rating if I could have. The ambience, the decor, the staff and above all the food in Arch Bistro was exceptional. I was with meat eaters who had fabulous food and as a vegan I was catered for with equally outstanding meals. I would highly recommend this small but wonderful Bistro to anyone.

Nice amount of vegan options - Edit
I liked how many vegan options they had and the food tasted really fresh but the only thing I didn’t like was the amount of oil they put in my eggplant & vegetable casserole. I had terrible indigestion afterwards so if you’re sensitive to oils, make sure to let them know!

Great restaurant! - Edit
Food was delicious, the atmosphere was special (ancient Roman boat house!) and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend the pumpkin and walnut dessert. I’ve never had anything like it. The apple tea was on the house and a perfect complement.

Great discovery - Edit
We went here by chance as it was near our apartment in Istanbul and we have not been disappointed. It has a great interior set in an old boat house. We had some nice vegan mezze platter which already was very tasty and filling. As a main I had a claypot cooked vegetables which have been very nicely done. All vegan options are clearly marked and the staff is helpful as well. Really recommend!

Atmosphère cozy, meze petits à petits prix, comme il faut. Suffisamment d'options à l'air délicieux pour hésiter, service agréable, pas de gars qui essaie de vous tirer à l'intérieur, impeccable.

All good, quirky - Edit
Upmarket and casual ambience, music, decor, crockery, staff, menu, food. The waiter flambéed my eggplant amphora and cracked it open in front of me which was cool. Pricey, but nice to have a cloth napkin and enjoy the local quirkiness.

Yummy and Cool! - Edit
Really cool atmosphere in an old stone Roman boat house. Great salad with super-fresh veggies , topped with amazing pomegranate vinegar (that they also sell bottles of). Loved the stuffed grape leaf veg casserole. Just what we needed on a chilly winter evening, along with a very good local red wine. Will come back next time we’re in Istanbul!

A 1001 night dinner - Edit
Almost five years later I visited arch bistro with my partner,we both were very impressedd with the vegan and vegetarian mezes (cold appetizers), my favorite was hot ezme and eggplant salad. As main course we shared amphora vegan which came in clay pot on fire, spectacular presentation and very tasty. Last but not least the vegan pumkin desert with walnut and tahini gave a good finish for a 1001 night dinner. Thank you Arch bistro, you are amaizing
