Lots of interesting choices - Edit
This was my first meal in San Jose and it was a great start. Difficult to choose as there were so many options but I went for the Zeppelin - bread stuffed with vegan cheese, vegan patty and a sort of green salsa, served with chips, salad and sauces. Really filling and tasty. I had a hot chocolate sort of thing on the side with almond milk. Friendly staff too and simple but attractive decor.

Really tasty food! And big portion sizes! I was super impressed! The pudding wasn't so much to my taste but the chocolate topping was yum!

Not the way it used to be - Edit
It used to have the best supreme fries. But now is just not the way it was. Food still great but too slow service.

Great place - Edit
I went here because I read that it's an vegetarian lgbt café so I had to give it a visit.

Full of love and flavor - Edit
An extensive menu featuring healthy(ish) options and comfort staples! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, even though they were super busy and appeared to be down a person or two. Everything I tried was beyond delicious, and the prices weren't bad for what you get. Come hungry.

Hey!
Read moreHad a really nice experience, arrived 45min before closing, they could really fast serve me some excellent food. I took a Beyond Burger Brunch, a set of menu. Came with the soup of Thai Ramen style and it was DELICIOUS😄So take that for sure, only the soup is incredible. Place is nice with the shop and everything, great atmosphere, maybe would add more plants.
PS. I did not receive my fresh Orange juice that I was supposed to, but I will ask them that tomorrow then!

Delicioso! - Edit
I ordered the quesadilla and it was absolutely delicious! It had pineapple In it and I felt it was great with it. I’m not really a fan of vegan cheese but the cheese with this quesadilla was special. I would absolutely order this again. I was tempted to order the patacones which they call pizzacones or something like that. I’m sad I didn’t order it because another table did and it looked legit. Hopefully I can make it here again while in Costa Rica.

I’ve been here at least 5 times since this initial review and I can honestly say this is one of the best restaurants, as far as taste, that I’ve visited. I’ve had many things on the menu and everything is delicious. This is a MUST visit when in the San José area!

Great food and drinks! - Edit
This restaurant exceeded our expectations. Everything we ordered, including the cocktails, was great and decent-sized portions too! It took a little time to get seated and to pay at the end, but other than that, the food came out in a decent amount of time and the service was friendly. It has an artistic vibe, sells local art, and has a little shop too. I hope they become fully vegan in the future -- they do great vegan substitutes in their meals, so why not ditch the dairy?

Delicious veggie/vegan place with plenty of options - Edit
We visited the place several times while in Costa Rica (so nice to find a 100% veggie place). We tried the rice rolls (mushroom and noodle filling) with potato wedges and mango salad (my favourite dish), quesadillas and casado. All were very delicious!

Hidden gem in a country not vegan friendly! - Edit
Really refreshing and exciting find in San Jose which is not big on vegan options. Not 100% vegan unfortunately but beggars can’t be choosers... located in the trendy Escalante neighbourhood and full of cuteness and character but a little rough around the edges. I would highly recommend.

We shared 3 dishes for lunch, all of them were very tasty. As a dessert I had a big piece of passion fruit pie which is a must try for cake lovers! As not all cakes are vegan there you have to ask which ones are.
