Definitely going back!

The mani has a wide range of dishes that look delicious. The food is delicious and freshly made. I am extremely pleased with the food and the service was very good.

Pros: Some vegan options, Some gluten free options

They told me it was open, and it was closed

I called them on wednesday at 4:00pm and they told me they would be open until 6:00pm. I arrived at 5:10pm and they were closed.

Cons: not saying the truth

Lots of wheat but not many good options in Guatemala

Food is good, place is nice and since there aren't many options in Guatemala, this place is great.

A vegetarian oasis in Central America

This place has excellent food (with plenty of vegan options), a fantastic atmosphere, and is reasonably priced. The owner (Tony) is American/Guatemalan and has been running the restaurant for a very long time. The recipes have been passed down through the generations and the food is delicious - soups, salads, lasagna/pasta, sandwiches, macadamia nut pie - everything is done well. Social justice and animal rights themes are prevalent without being in-your-face. Beautiful garden. Overall, an oasis for vegetarians in Central America!

What a Treat!

Very vegan-friendly....I hardly had to ask and the waiter pointed out the vegan options. The lunch special came with soup, bread, a side salad, and a drink. I got the spinach soup, which was excellent. The broccoli, mushroom and brown rice cassarole was a bit bland. I livened it up with some of their excellent salad dressing.

The restaurant has a small outdoor dining area, which was a lovely place for lunch. The service was good, though I had to wait way to long for my change after I paid and was ready to leave.

Pros: Fresh, healthy food, Good value
