One of a few outlets in London, primarily takeaway with a few seats. Menu is based on the arancini risotto balls, which are served on salad, in stew, or in salad wrap. Breakfast and burger also available. Became all-vegan in early-2018. Reported closed, Apr 2021.

Always a hit - Edit
Been working through their menu ever since they went fully vegan and I’m yet to find something I don’t love. Super lovely and friendly staff too. I’d love to share a photo of my mushroom wrap but I already devoured it.

Cons: Most of the seats are fixed down (minor con!)

Just no - Edit
we were so happy to see that our local branch of Arancini brothers in Kentish Town had reopened after being closed for quite some time. Always enjoyed the food there but today we ordered a delivery and three bites in and its gone in the bin, we just couldn't finish it, what a waste of £25.
Read moreThe signature Arancini and the fries were dry and practically inedible. In their defence, I put this down to these items not travelling well, I'm sure they were better straight out the fryer.
Speaking of the fryer.. disappointed in these I had better hopes for the burger but unfortunately this was the worst part. The burger patty had a really strong taste of used oil (im guessing this was deep fried also) was really hungry and hate wasting food but I couldn't manage more than three bites, now I just have a horrible taste of grease in my mouth that I can't get rid of.
Its a shame to see a local business go down hill but I would avoid at all costs.
Pros: Its not a chain
Cons: Food was both dry and greasy at the same time

THIS PLACE IS NOT OPEN ANY MORE - Edit
I live locally and it’s been closed for some time now. Food and cakes are good. They have other branches around the town if you want to try it.

Great balls of rice - Edit
Airy diner with orange and copper accent colours, open kitchen at rear and Radio Paradise soundtrack. Championing the community with an abundance of local papers, posters and leaflets on display. Tables are reassuringly supplied with a well-curated range of hot sauces including KanKun. A celebration of arancini in many comfort food forms, both nourishing and a bit more greasy. The chick'n spinach and lentil stew overdelivers with a rich coconut sauce topped with arancini with a lemony zing. Peas are an unexpected delight in the chimichurri mushroom wrap. Fries come with an addictive spice mix. Cakes are worth a visit in their own right. Coffee and walnut has mesmerising moisture content and you won't believe it's not butter icing. Loving Arancini's move to fully vegan a while back - another great reason to spend your lunch money here and an inspiration to other businesses.

Really yummy food. Filling and utter comfort. Old street has the happiest staff. Camden one is ok with staff but the food is still good.

such good food & good value - Edit
Lovely! It's a cosy, friendly place with a nice, casual ambience. The arancini are delicious and so was the stew and the coffee and walnut cake. It's very good value and I'd highly recommend it.

All vegan, lots of gf - Edit
I stopped in for some take-away. I got 7 mushroom courgette arancini balls and the chocolate fudge cake (both gluten free). The arancini were tasty, may be a little dry but they came with 3 nice dips. The cake was delicious, perfect fudge cake texture and gf as well as vegan. There were loads of lovely looking cakes and biscuits out which I'd visit again for alone even if they didn't have anything else.
