Not Really That Vegan-Friendly Anymore... - Edit

Read moreI went with some friends to Aquarela because I saw their menu online and they had some pretty appetizing vegan options for a meal. However, when we got there we learnt the menu had changed and they no longer include a fully vegan option. There was the possibility to veganize the mushroom risotto, but in the end the chef managed to make one of the meals they used to offer in their old menu.
The place itself is quite pleasant to be at, simple but well-decorated. The staff is extremely friendly and tried to manage the situation in the best way possible. The food was good, too.
Note: I've only had the chance to come to this restaurant once (2021)
