Cute little place. I was in a bit of a hurry to catch a bus and didn't realise the woman serving was going to make the whole meal from scratch (including hand cutting potato for the chips, making guacamole etc). Great result though and we weren't quite the last people back to the bus.

Melena was a wonderful host with information and inspired service. All the menu items are vegan and crafted with love. They have a 'cosmic love dust' that they use on the meals. Everything was delicious, we had the sopa galaxia, cream nebulosa de pimiento rojo, Mediterranean Andian dish, and the curry, plus the telepatico smoothie, maracuya and limón agua fresca, and the strawberry cheesecake and carrot cake. It was a lot of food and all very good. We will return to experience the rest of the menu.

I have tried almost everything on the menu and it is all great! The food is Peruvian fusion done in a vegan way. It is a good spot for co-working, plenty of tables upstairs, downstairs, and outside and high-speed Wi-Fi. When you arrived ask what they have that day because they usually don't have everything on the menu.

Our favorite meals during our trip were at Apu Organic Nativio. My Spanish was rusty and they were very patient. We got the lunch special each time and were delighted with the value, quality, and freshness. It was spectacular, seriously. The best raw and cooked veg I’ve had in a long time. Looking forward to going back!

Delicious food tucked away in a quiet street in Pisac. We paid 17 soles and we thoroughly enjoyed the lunch special. The staff are super friendly and an abundance of food. It’s well worth biding this little gem.

The daily lunch special- soup, entree, dessert and a drink for 17 soles- kept me coming back every day. Every bite was delicious and clearly made with love. Great ambience too, cushions to hang out on upstairs and outdoor seating.

Very good service and all is organic, and on top of that, you can buy the cheapest salat with so many different greens in it, cost only 6 soles😲Super nce smoothies also very cheap. I just wished they opened earlier and closed later, so breakfast and late dinner was also possible :)

Ask for the menu del dia, 15soles. Soup, main, desert & drink. I did not see this advertised on menu, so make sure you ask. We were given 2 choices for starter, 3!choices for main from the main menu. Very healthy & tasty. Nice little shop selling natural health / cosmetics.

Delicious food! The place I eat the most in Pisac town. Ask for the menu of the day, it has great value (15.50 soles) and it comes with a delicious coup, main dish with salad, a drink and small dessert. Normally they have a couple options everyday for menu of the day but most people don't know about this option. It's lage and guaranteed to satisfy your appetite. Best vegan option in Sacred Valley.

I live in Pisac and have been to Apu Organica many times since its opening. Some of the food is excellent - in particular I love the Guiso Andino and the chocolate poncha is great with breakfast. I also love how everything is vegan and healthy vegan, so you know that you're going to get a meal there.
Read moreHowever, I know that it's not all organic, and the service can be great or it can be terrible. A few times I've had to wait an extremely long time, of when I don't have enough change the staff have just shrugged and basically said it's my problem and that I have to fix it. I've also bought a raw cake that came out too old and already gone off. And do not order the coffee.

We really enjoyed the chickpea burger and the vegan tortilla. Both meals had a delicious fresh side salad and guacamole. I cant eat corriander and they understood when i asked and so i had no fear in eating lol. I would come back and eat these meals in a heartbeat. Small friendly business too and has vegan chocolate cake! Worth a visit. We enjoyed the dining area we sat upstairs near the window on ground cusions but there is also tables and chairs available.

The points I'm giving now are mostly for the atmosphere there, which is cozy and cool at the same time and the staff is very friendly. The place looks nice, I liked the decoration. The taste of the food was not amazing, but it is vegan, organic, local with cheap prices so of course that's great!! Also they had a lot on their menu, even though they only had a few things when I was there.
Read moreI had the vegan spinach tortilla and a salad, which was OK - they had fresh mint on both the tortilla and the salad, which for me it was not great. Personally I don't think mint goes well on salads, but some may love it! I also had a carrot cake, which was dry and very little taste - although it seems all places are like this in South America, they seem to like dry cakes.
