CLOSED: Apres la Plage

The restaurant is located in the heart of the Old Town of Annecy!
The atmosphere is very cosy and the food is made with fresh products only.
They have to options for vegetarian burgers with delicious homemade fries.
They also offer a vegan AND gluten free option on the menu which is a wok of tofu with rice noodles.
The only detail that disappointed me is the salmon burger mentionned as vegetarian on the menu :-/

It can be pretty stressful being in a different country, not speaking the language, looking for food. Especially when the native cuisine is hearty- a meat and cheese lovers paradise. This place was great! Travelling with my mother, she got a regular hamburger that looked great. I got the vegan wok dish. We sat down a little early- before they reopened for dinner (without realizing), but they were happy enough to accomidate and our server spoke fluent english to us. They even played the rolling stones! I wasnt sure if i was getting a began dish or just vegetarian, and was so pleasantly reassured that they knew the difference. Serves beer. Good prices. Highly recommended.

I ate here by myself on a cold wet February night. The ambience is cozy, warm, and attractive. I was treated and served well despite being a single diner, but I was there early before anybody else had come in. The food was outstanding! I had soup, a stir-fry dish, and because they were both so good I had a dessert as well. I loved it all. Other diners came in, and the family next to me all ordered burgers and fries, which also looked good if you are a meat-eater.
It was a very pleasant experience. The restaurant is also in a great location in the heart of the pedestrian area.
