Expensive food - Edit
At the Aposto i had a small Salad, wich was tiny. Further more i shared a normal portion of noodles, wich was small, and a pizza with my accompaniment. I didn't like the pizza selection, but the Pizza was tasty. The noodles where a bit tasteless, the salad was okay. The price was high, for what i got. But i have to mention, that the Aposto offers a nice outdoor seating.

Die Karte hat definitiv mehr vegane Optionen als vor 2 Jahren. Schade ist, dass Gerichte, die Käse enthalten, nicht einfach veganisiert werden können. Veganer Käse ist heute nicht mehr schwer zu kriegen. Die angebotenen Pizzen und Pasta sind eben mehr die Klassiker wie Pizza mit Gemüse oder Nudeln mit Tomatensauce und Sojaschnetzel. Das Pastagericht ist eben etwas, was ich auch zuhause essen kann, dafür muss ich nicht einen hohen Preis im Restaurant zahlen. Entschieden habe ich mich dann für den Salat mit Planted Chicken, da dass noch am interessantesten aussah. Wenn du eine große Portion bestellst, ist es auch wirklich riesig. Ich wünschte, der Salat hätte ein bisschen mehr Dressing gehabt, aber sonst war es echt gut. Das Chicken war auch total lecker und das Brot hat sehr frisch geschmeckt.

Das Essen im Aposto ist okay, mehr aber auch nicht. Nett ist, dass man inzwischen keinen Aufpreis mehr für den veganen Käse zahlen muss, die Preise sind aber so schon sehr hoch.
Read moreDie Pinsa als special of the month war eher enttäuschend, klein und gefühlt kein Sauerteig - da gibt es bessere Läden in Karlsruhe.
Der Service war aber klasse, deswegen auch ein extra Stern.

Their menu offers quite a few vegan options for appetizers, pasta and pizza. You can either choose from the menu directly or build your own pizza with what you like. They have a vegan cheese alternative and plant based chicken too that you can have. Their aragula and potato pizza is simply to die for. 😋

Tasty pizza but vegan cheese €2 extra - Edit
Lovely to sit outside in the middle of the hustle and bustle of a summer Saturday evening. I had the vegan calzone pizza "Gemüserausch", which tasted really great! It came as quite a bit of a surprise though to pay €13.50 instead of the €11.50 indicated on the menu. They charge €2 extra for the vegan cheese, as it turned out when I asked the waiter about the price difference. I find that a lot, I must say - and I find it totally unacceptable not to communicate the surcharge anywhere (neither in writing on the menu nor orally when taking the order.)

The restaurant is not the cheapest and doesn't have that many vegan options but the staff is very nice and I tried nearly all options and they were always very good!
Read moreThere is one vegan pizza, a potato bake, a pasta dish and salads. I bet they will make you more vegan pizzas if you ask!
Also there are a lot vegetarian dishes.
