You may have to preorder - Edit
Their website isn't quite clear on what's consistently available for spontaneous customers. You may have to preorder your vegan items. The only vegan items (under "Abelade" on their website) are apple crumble of chocolate fig tarte.

The apple to my pie - Edit
Apfelgold has, according to some people, the best vegan apple cumble pie in Switzerland and even in the world. Personally, I wouldn't be so dithyrambic. The vegan apple crumble pie was indeed delicious, but didn't blow my taste buds out. The coffee shop and staff are lovely and it's definitely hype place to have plant-based milk/drink.
