Very interesting option to day-by-day - Edit
Good vegans dishes, but the homemade taste turn a very good option! A little expansive to what offers, but I like! :)

Good, but there are better options - Edit
Central location right in the heart of the downtown shopping centre, close to Republica.
Food is good, and at R$19 for the buffet it's decently priced, but it's not as good as Apfel Jardins - there's less food variety and the quality doesn't seem quite as good - but it's still nice to have it as an option.
For downtown Sao Paulo, Lotus (per-kilo) and Nutrisom (buffet) have the edge over Apfel II, though I come here sometimes for a change. And the original Apfel in Jardins is probably the best buffet in town.
Pros: location, nice staff, nice to have the option
Cons: better options available
