Best place in town - Edit
Very many vegetarian and vegan options available, including daily specials. Everything is delicious, very wallet friendly and the place has an amazing atmosphere. Might require prebooking, especially during the weekend.
Pros: Tasty, seasonal food, Cheap, Great atmosphere at a historic spot

Vegan options - Edit
One of the few restaurants in Tartu that serves some vegan food. The chickpea burger is the best option, it's delicious and really cheap. The thai coconut soup is also really good, but you need something else also if getting it as a main.
Cool looking space. Lots of seating available.
Pros: Some vegan food, Cheap, Modern feel
Cons: Could have more vegan choices, A bit of a walk from the centre for Tartu standard, Very popular, sometimes can't get a table

Chickpea burger is 4€ and it's filling and tasty.
Aparaat is a popular place, sometimes it's not possible to sit down.
Pleasant atmosphere.
