Wonderful lunch - Edit
Hidden in a residential area right by the Odawara Castle, it was such a treat to have lunch here. They have cute lunch sets and they are absolutely delicious.

the place has a very calming atmosphere and a very nice interior. the menu was quality and tasty food!! we didn’t do reservations and were lucky to encounter it empty on a holiday period, and as she is the only person working there, reserving is indeed recommended, but as we tested, not a must!

Hidden gem in Odawara - Edit
This newly opened restaurant was a bit hidden among the residences, and had a calm, cozy atmosphere inside. I tried the katsu for the lunch menu and it was so crispy and delicious. The staff was very nice too, and speak some English. Recommended!

Healthy Japanese style teishoku. Everything is only lightly flavoured. Perfect if you like healthy/macrobiotic food.
Read moreThe wooden interior is very relaxing. It wasn’t very busy as well so a good place to have a chill lunch. I liked that you take your shoes of and change into comfortable slippers.
The owner kindly explained all the dishes. Since she is alone reservation in advance is recommended.

The owner does all the cooking and serving. There are only a few tables so best to call first. This restaurant is the bottom floor of a house with just 15 seats.
