Only 1 vegan item from menu available - Edit
I was so excited to find this option, especially with so many options on the separate vegan menu. But when we got there they were “out of” all the ingredients for the entire vegan menu except the spring rolls. The serving was tiny and cost 990. When I asked about modifying a banh mi (which my travel partner ordered) to get just veggies on it the waitress was very curt and told me it was the last one they had. It was 3pm and they were to stay open until that evening. This conversation all happened in Japanese. Very bizarre and not a good experience.

Mediocre - Edit
Fukuyama doesnt have many options when it comes to all vegan diet. So we had to give it a try. There is a whole page in the menu (page 7) with a few vegan options. We havent had high expectations, so all in all it was okay. Its relatively expensive, but the food just okay.
