Delicious rice, beans, and salsa - Edit
Taking the advice of prior reviewers, I ordered the fajitas with the rice and black beans. They were delicious and the salsa provided with the tortilla chips was especially good.

Veggie Fajitas & Drinks - Edit
Delicious salsa, strong drinks, and a massive amount of vegetables in the veggie fajita. Veggies were cooked perfectly, black beans were seasoned well, and the corn tortillas were soft. Definitely enough for 2 meals/people. No other vegan options though.

While there was basically just one menu item, the veggie fajitas were fresh and delicious! The staff was very helpful and friendly. She knew about the vegan items, and mentioned that the red rice was not vegan. Very helpful.

They know what vegan is! That’s a big deal in Roswell. They have one vegan option, the veggie fajitas. They are a little salty, but still decent. They make their own flower tortillas and the salsa is excellent.
