Vegan menu with many vegan options. We shared the tempura vegetables with vegan tumeric mayo. My husband had the seitan with mushrooms sauce. I ate pasta with vegan tofu and pesto sauce. Very good

Has a separate vegan menu with two starters, two first and two second courses. I had vegetable tempura as a starter and pappardelle with tofu pesto after. Both was tasty!

A good surprise in Mattarana - Edit
I ate pasta with vegan pesto, sliced seitan with porcini mushrooms and roasted potatoes and pastry cream with crunchy sesame. Everything was very good! In the menu there were 2 vegan starters, 2 first courses, 2 second courses and 1 dessert.
