All I can say is YES - Edit

Y'all have GOT to go to Ansanm. I cannot speak highly enough about them. They have several clearly-marked vegan options (in a small town that really suffers from a dearth of vegan options), and every single one I've tried so far has been SO. FREAKING. GOOD. Current vegan options on the menu include: chickpea curry, stewed vegetables, jackfruit in Creole sauce, and the legume sandwich. I have tried all of these, and they are all amazing. The legume sandwich and the jackfruit especially have just blown me away. Honestly, bring your vegan-skeptic friends here and get them to try Ansanm's vegan options. Anyway, stop reading this review and take yourself to Ansanm, where you can support a small, local, family-owned business and eat delicious vegan food at the same time. All the stars (would give it five if HappyCow would let me!).
