Fresh and Delicious! - Edit
I ordered the mushroom coffee, chickpea wrap, chickpea and cucumber salad, and peach cobbler. Not a disappointment! Everything was fresh and flavorful. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to try the black bean burger and jackfruit tacos!

The Vegan Tuna Wrap was ON POINT‼️ - Edit
That was the best tuna wrap I’ve ever had (even comparing it to back when I ate actual tuna salad as a non-vegan years ago).  And their chocolate chip cookies are excellent as well.

BBQ Jackfruit Sliders and Banana Pudding - Edit
New to the area and thankfully found this all vegan bistro. They were offering several items such as tacos, black bean burger, a different patty type burger (can't remember if it was beyond/impossible/something else), BBQ jackfruit sliders, as well as some ready-to-go meal-prepped dishes including lasagna. There were a few sides, and I went with the Mediterranean salad with chickpeas, tomato, cucumber, vegan feta dressed in some sort of vinaigrette.
Read moreOverall, everything was good, but the coconut banana pudding knocked it out of the park. I was not the biggest fan of the sauce used on the sliders, but that's more preference than anything. I'll be back by to try some other items as the chef said they change up some menu offerings every couple weeks.
