Lots of options, most things on the menu had a vegan counterpart. The online menu (accessible via QR-code) also had a filter for vegan options.
Read moreThe breakfast for two was very generous and the no-egg salad with vegan bacon was a smoky, tofu-y, crispy delight. The croissants were also really good. Ordering the chai latte with oat milk instead of dairy milk gives you a (small) discount! The staff was super nice.

Wir waren zum Frühstück hier. Das Bananenbrot ist sehr zu empfehlen, der Joghurt mit Obst unf Granola war auch sehr lecker. Leider ist der vegane Eiersalat mit Räuchertofu.

Tegenvallende high tea/bediening - Edit
High tea viel tegen wat betreft hoeveelheid en variatie. Stonden bijvoorbeeld 2 stukken appeltaart en 2 stukken chocoladetaart, voor 4 personen. Snij ze alvast doormidden, dat is handiger. Verder geen belegde sandwiches, maar stukjes brood en 2 belegjes. Moesten zelf vragen om aanvulling, bediening kwam nooit vragen of alles naar wens was. Ook lege theekan zelf naar de bar gebracht. Hadden speciaal voor Anne en Max gekozen, zodat we ook een wijntje konden drinken, maar helaas kwam de bediening niet bij onze tafel. Had het ze graag persoonlijk verteld bij het afrekenen, maar ze vroeg niet of alles naar wens was geweest. Teleurstellende ervaring, jammer want ze hebben wel veel vegan keuzes. Gelukkig zijn er ook zaakjes in Leiden mwt wel leuke bediening. Zoals Logica en Kattencafe Sophie.

We went to Anne&Max for breakfast and were very happy. The vegan options are clearly marked on the menu. The staff is also very helpful and flexible when it comes to adapting the dishes on the menu a bit. We had the vegan breakfast platter for two. The portion was big and very tasty! We really liked the fluffy self made banana bread. They also offer oat milk for coffee. We would come back.😄
