CLOSED: Annapurna

Annapurna will definitely remain in my highlights of my stay in Ljubljana! There, you can eat for the entire day for little! Everyday, you can get fresh nann bread (and probably the only place in Lju), different soup, and other sides to fill in your plate! Their chick peas dip was my favorite until I've tasted their fried eggplant and their tasty vegan dessert! It's also an "help yourself" restaurant where a relax vibe remain in the place with good nepalese music playing in the background. After walking in Tivoli park, Annapurna is an unforgettable stop on the way : )

It appears that Vegedrom has sadly closed.
Does anyone have info about the new restaurant that might be replacing it?

some of the things on the menu didn't exist, and a little pricy. Good dahl though.

Pretty good food, indian and normal vegeatrian and vegan
dishes. Vegan plates are marked on the card wich is also available in english. I was very happy about the
day manu wich was vegan. Soup, salat, bulgur with applesauce, baked tofu and humus and a dessert.

Good not excellent food (love dahl though and vegan pancakes with pistachios and argan oil). Organic lunch once a week, many vegan options. There is not one gluten free dish. Tasteless cakes. Interior by Vastu (Indian Feng Shui).

I did not expect to get such good indian food in slovenia.. The aloo paratha was particularly good, have to walk half hour to get there but it was worth it. I plan to go back again and try some of their other dishes. The vegan chocolate cake could use some work though.
