Divine Masala Dosa

The food here was delicious. The masala dosa was just like the ones I had in South India. It's a good sign that there are many people of Indian descent eating out here.
The restaurant has a great atmosphere. It could be in India itself! The staff were attentive. I would recommend this place.

Pros: Tasty masala dosa, Authentic atmosphere, Friendly staff

Not fully vegan - be careful.

The menu online can differ from in store - be very cognizant. I had a dish show up with butter/ghee on it which stated vegan online.

Make it VERY clear what you can and can’t eat.

Pros: Delicious

Cons: Not accurate menu

Great new addition to Hamilton vegetarian vegan restaurants!

We came here for dinner on Saturday evening, and were pleasantly surprised even upon entering with the warm welcome and the upscale intimate decor with Indian motifs.
The menu is extensive with a large number of appetizers, a huge variety of dosas, rice dishes, tiffins, uthappams etc as well as desserts and drinks.

We shared a tasty perfectly spiced Manchurian style cauliflower dish, then each had dosas that were large and contained a generous amount of filling. Mine had vegetables such as chopped cabbage, carrot, coriander and onions with melted cheese, and came with a good amount of four different chutney sauces. These were fresh tasting and thick not watery chutneys- perfect. I'd also mention that the sambar was of very good quality too, with a denser consistency (not watery either) and sliced carrots with the lentils.

We were too full to try desserts this time. I did drink a delicious thick and just sweet enough mango Lassi that I really liked- probably the best one ever.

Overall, this new vegetarian restaurant is a wonderful and most welcome spot that I would strongly recommend 👍 for a date, a family dinner, or hanging out with friends as dishes can be easily shared. The wait staff and manager Bala also strive to please to ensure that you will leave as a happy guest. 😃

Pros: Generous size portions, Good value for price, Great atmosphere and clean interior

Cons: None
