Read moreRestaurant, welches ich in Frankreich gefunden habe. Selbst in Paris habe ich kein besseres gefunden. Wirklich ein Traum. Es gibt eine kleine Karte mit ausgesuchten regionalen und saisonalen Speisen. Die Köchin und ihr Team waren super nett und Habenichts viel Zeit genommen die Produkte zu erklären.

Petite carte où tout était vegan le jour où nous y étions, environnement vraiment reposant, une cuisine bio, locale, qui expérimente avec plein de saveurs à la fois très simple et venues d’une connaissance poussée des légumes, herbes, algues, épices.
Read moreCe n’est pas un budget pour « tous les jours » (30 et 37€ les menus) mais vraiment raisonnable car c’est de la haute cuisine.
La personne qui sert et la chef prennent le temps de rencontrer les gens, chaque ingrédient est détaillé pour une compréhension des saveurs, et les autres sens ne sont pas en reste.
Prévoir de réserver si vous pouvez car cela peut être vite plein. Vos allergies alimentaires peuvent être prises en compte aussi.
Je recommande cet expérience hors du commun, je prévois déjà d’y emmener des proches qui seront sensibles tant au goût qu’à la démarche.

The main pleasure is for the eyes with a cosy and green setting and many colors in the plates. The recipes are healthy and filling. The "Cheffe" selects local suppliers according to their good practices.

En voyage éclair à St-Malo, j'ai trouvé cette pépite sur cette application. Je ne regrette pas un seul instant d'avoir franchi la porte de ce petit restaurant. De l'entrée au dessert, je me suis régalée. Le serveur était aux petits soins et j'ai apprécié d'avoir pu échanger quelques mots avec la chef. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir!

Great evening, superb for vegans - Edit
We enjoyed an all vegan dinner, there was only one vegan starter available off the menu, but the staff offered a second one such we had a choice for all courses. Tastes were great, same for the presentation. Waiting time was fine for a nice evening out for dinner. We highly recommend a visit for any vegans in the area. The staff is very friendly as well.

its a really calm and light place, waiter was super nice, explained everything in english, had two entrees, two plates and 4 desserts (only one dessert was not at least possible to make vegan, everything else was), food was absolutely delicious and of a really high quality!

What a find! In the lanes of St Malo this astounding vegetarian restaurant. Food beautiful as well as ridiculously tasty. Wonderful taste treats before your meal - ours was seaweed based. Brilliant staff with excellent English who fully understands food intolerances, each dish explained in detail. Cannot begin to describe the ecstatic tastes of the meals, felt light headed it was so wonderful Then melt-in-your-mouth chocolates with coffee. Had been a long drive to get here, but best vegetarian meal since I moved to France 5 years ago

They had a small menu for lunch, and the waiter clearly explained (in English) which options were vegan, or could be made vegan. We didn't lose out in the substitutions, dairy items were replaced with a vegan alternative.

We tried a few things on the menu which changes regularly. The dishes were all incredibly fresh, with interesting spices (Indian and French origin) and presentation was picture worthy and complimented the friendly and informative, (in French and English) wait staff and zen interior. Portions are smaller typical French sizes but well composed and filling. Every plate was worth the price. Vegan items are well marked and clearly communicated.

I had a meal in Annadata and it was a very pleasant experience. The food, including its presentation, was marvellous. A combination of healthy ingredients with a great variety of vegetables making their dishes colourful and desirable.

They offer 2 types of set menu, which are not very cheap but considering the quality of their food I believe it is totally worth to spend some more euros to have a threat.
Strongly recommended.

You walk through the green portal and this restaurant is lovely to be in. It has as a fresh modern feel overlaid with Indian religious references. They provide crayons and mandalas for you to fill in your spare time (or keep children amused.)
Read moreWe went there for desert on the night we arrived and wasn't disappointed so booked in for the set lunch on the Sunday (next day.) As it was Bastille day (national holiday) they were only doing the one menu.
The waiter spoke English and was friendly and helpful. We got the sense that this was a place that was genuine in it's choice of being vegetarian rather than it simply being that way to make money.
Typical French 3 course set menu affair. As with all the dedicated veg restaurants we found in France they tend to go with the 'organic' produce aspect too - so price was expensive. There isn't a huge range of choice on the menu generally but what there is is prepared well and beautifully presented.
The food was interesting and different in a good way and it was such a pleasure to be in a dedicated veg restaurant in St Malo (finally!) Able to relax over a glass of wine and linger over lunch on a beautifully hot day - lovely.
Pros: Well prepared and presented food, Large enough while still being cosy, Genuine appreciation

The restaurant has a welcoming and relaxing ambiance. There is no English menu but the waiter was very helpful. Each dish is lovingly made and beautifully presented. The desserts were spectacular! The chef even came out at the end to chat with diners, which was very special!

Seulement deux formules (pas de carte à l'unité) :
Entrée + plat ou plat + dessert = 26 euros.
Entrée + plat + dessert = 32 euros
Une délicieuse mise en bouche est offerte en début de repas.
Attention slow food. Préparez-vous à patienter entre chaque plat !

The only vegetarian restaurant in Saint Malo. Good location inside beautiful Saint Malo "Intra Muros". They always have vegan options. Very good food, high quality cooking, fresh and local organic products. Good soft and alcoholic drinks, nice place, enthousiastic team.

A delicious appetizer is gifted at the beginning of the meal.

Une véritable cuisine de chef - Edit
Quel plaisir pour un végétarien de pouvoir déguster une véritable cuisine de grand chef, de cheffe en l’occurrence, sans devoir supplier pour manger autre chose que de la viande ou du poisson. Les prix sont ceux de la qualité et ne nous permettront pas une visite hebdomadaire, mais le plaisir que nous a procuré le déjeuner nous fera sans aucun doute revenir de temps à autre dans ce bel et sympathique endroit.
