We went there as the only Indian option in town. I read carefully the first page of the menu where say "please dont waste your energy and time to write a bad review let us know and we do something for you. Don't ruin 7 years of family work"
We order dahl tadka and tofu mushroom in reach tomato spouse.the favour was amazing hot perfectly and structure was great.
So where the 3* come from?
From the famous naan Indian bread. The icon of India. It not from tandoori oven and it no info about it. It was under cook, doughy, plane. Very disappointed. When we come to pay. We decided to give our feedback to a family privately. All We get back was defence, excuse and agro attitude. If you can't handle feedback don't ask for one. Wish them well and there is a huge potential but it definitely could be better so family would run their business for another 7 years

Food is ok BUT

Food is good, there are a few vegan options, and they are clearly indicated on the menu.

We had a pretty bad experience because the owner was simply rude, borderline aggressive which got me wonder if we should just run out and have dinner somewhere else.
We stayed but the way she talked to the staff that night made me feel like calling fairwork on spot.

Dear little blond waitress, if you ever read this: you did nothing wrong, not all bosses are like that.

Great place, simple and authentic. Vegan starters and mains, great food.

Amazing Food

Lots of vegan/veganisable options on the menu - all clearly marked with a V. Some of the vegan mains were tofu versions of paneer dishes, while others were just normal vegetable dishes. All the food was amazing, but a particular highlight was the dal tikki!
