Serves meat, vegan options available. "Mar to Table" fine dining using ingredients sourced from the Galapagoan islands. The menu changes but always includes one vegetable dish that can be made vegan. A vegan version of the 7-course tasting menu is also available. Open Tue-Sat 6:00pm-10:00pm.

Our best meal in the Galapagos!

Had the vegan tasting menu, it was delicious and I felt they put just as much care into our dishes as our omni friends. Everything, from the sweet potatoes to the mushrooms, is grown on local farms. There were several ingredients I had never heard of -- we had the waiter bring us out some of the whole fruits from the dessert because we wanted to see what they looked like!

Definitely treat yourself to the experience if you have a night in Puerto Ayora!

(I know 5 stars on Happy Cow are reserved for fully vegetarian restaurant, but I'd give my meal 5 stars if I could!)

Pros: Excellent Food, 100% locally sourced, Friendly, intimate setting
