Cosy spot on the countryside - Edit
A cosy restaurant on the countryside in a old monastery from yeah 1200. They had several vegan dishes and desserts. You got vegan homemade bread and vegan butter. The only criticism is that they could have written out what dishes and desserts that are vegan, it only said vegetarian on the menu and you had to ask the staff.

Most buffet items including the desert were vegan. Quite local taste (Swedes, potatoes, apple pie, etc.) and extremely friendly staff. Has several plant milk options for all drinks

Great restaurant in the nature - Edit
This is a nice countryside restaurant which Anita and her lovely husband own. They had 4 vegan main courses on the summermenue. We tried the burger and the new potatoe dish with caviar made from alga which was delicious. They told us that starting next week the serve only brunch every day with plenty of vegan options. We would come back right away!

This place has the best buffet even for vegans. I went with my best friends and hands down you get the best food/brunch ever tasted!!!! I love this place!

Clearly selected vegan items on the a la carte menue and lots of vegan options at the Sunday buffet (both main courses and desserts). I had a vegan stew and a vegan pannacotta and was absolutely delighted. Staff has excellent knowledge of vegan options and allergies.

The Sunday buffet (11:30am - 14pm) is a must!! It has a selection of cold and hot vegan dishes and the dessert buffet had 3-4 vegan options. Everything was beautifully presented and tasty!!

I recommend to book a table. We did luckily, and I believed it was fully booked that Sunday.

Had the lunch buffe which had several different salads, some stew, roasted veggies, freshly baked bread and we even got a special made vegan soup! It even included a dessert of chocolate mousse with berries and coconut cream.
