the first time I visited this place when the guys were closing. in spite of this fact, they have prepared a couple of servings of soup. food looks beautiful and very tasty. portions are large. there you can sit for a glass of beer at the bar and high-grade dinner. we were happy.

I really loved the place. The staff is superfriendly, the music was cool, the portions were big. As a non-vegeterian, I was surprised how delicious was chocolate&vanilla puding cake. My stomach was totally full and happy. Strongly recommend "Animals" restobar to everyone

Was in animals,and it was FREACKING amazing!i was in Chiapas before to and Animals it reeeeally new level!pasta was so great that I can't explain,and deserts and eeeverything that I've tried there was really cool.can't wait when I will try all of they can offers me)hahathank you guys for everything,I defenetly will go to your place again!)

I went a couple of time and everyone was local i dont get how their are many English reviews there isnt even an English menu
The idea of this place is nice the food i personally tried wasn't the best but its just my opinion i would however go again to try more stuff
The staff is really friendly and the vibe is nice but no toilet

I was very happy to know guys from "Horizontal" had finally opened the place I and my friends could hang around, but I wasn't happy for very long.
The food is tasteless, the prices are unreasonably high, it's cold inside and there is no toilet. But that all could be ignored, if the staff wouldn't be so disrespectful — openly sexist and supporting women abuse.
Those anarchists are broken, bring another ones.

Я очень обрадовалась, когда узнала, что ребята из "Горизонтали" наконец-то открыли место, где можно посидеть с подругами и друзьями, но радовалась недолго.
Еда в "Animals" невкусная, цены неоправданно высокие, в помещении холодно и нет туалета. На это все можно было бы закрыть глаза, если бы не отвратительное поведение со стороны персонала — открытый сексизм, поддержка оскорблений женщин.

I was there once, had a "mors" and tempeh with salad. The food was bland with no hot sauce on the table, and the prices were too high comparing with the similar places. Also, there is no restroom and the ceiling is very low.
And the thing that disappoints me the most is that they are openly sexist in their advertising and communication with the customers. I hope that they will change their attitude

We have tried two kinds of soup and pasta and it was awful. The prices are absolutely inadequate.

But the food isn't the main problem here. The problem is staff using extremly sexist hashtags in the social media. I really hate to write it, but they actually joke around an offer to put dicks in mouths, making an analogy with the food. It is a real shame they call themselves "anarcho-feminists" while deleting commentaries of women who were insulted by such offer.

Oh, and there is no toilet.

Мы попробовали два вида супа и пасты и это было ужасно. Цены совершенно неадекватны.

Но еда здесь не главная проблема. Проблема в персонале, использующим ужасно сексистские хэштеги в соц. сетях. Мне не хочется этого писать, но они в самом деле шутят о предложении взять в рот член, проводя аналогию со своей едой. Стыдно, что они зовут себя "анархо-феминистами", в то время как удаляют комментарии женщин, оскорбленных таким предложением.

О, и там нет туалета.

Very tasty, good prices, nice people, location - at the center of spb

This is really one of the best vegan places in St. Petersburg by diversity of positions in menu! Beautiful interior design, , location in the heart of the city( Loft Project "Stages") near the Moskovskiy railway station.

...but if you visit Saint-Petersburg, "Animals" is the place you should visit. Perfect cuisine, friendly staff, atmosphere of equality, and - much important! - healthy and tasty food. All my friends, even hardened meat eaters, noted that be vegan is simple and vegan food is awesome, after visiting this place.
But don't believe my word - check it by yourself!

i guess that's the best place to eat, drink and hang out in St.P! 100% vegan, sweet and friendly, good music and nice ppl. i'm just from there - drunk, full and happy. really kinda second home)

Simply the best! Nicest people, great food and I guess the only vegan place in St-P where you can find dishes with homemade tempeh (so good!)! Also they have nice cocktails menu and I recommend to try vegan Baileys, it's just heavenly awesome :)

A cozy place to eat or have a drink - all vegan. Dumblings, some italian dishes, a couple of salads and soups - the menu is not so big, but enough to visit for a few times. Nothing super special about the food, but tastes good.
Restroom in the next building 15 meters away.

This could be the best place in SaintP. to get yourself a tasty 100% vegan meal without paying indecent prices. Place is ruled by bunch of good people, same as "Horisontal" nearby. Great athmosphere, fair-trade, nice interior with a lot of space. I guess everyone may find something for him/herself here.
