Vegan friendly

Updated 4/15: Still amazing♡ Last time I was here I did not ask what banchan are vegan friendly. Recommend asking! Went with my brother who is not vegan, so they brought out vegan and non vegan banchan. Vegan Banchan: cucumber, bean sprouts, radish, tofu. Not vegan: japchae (fish sauce), egg, fish cake. One thing to ask, we tried ordering the leek pancake vegan which is indicated on the menu as a vegan option. They told us it cannot be made vegan. So maybe they ran out. recommend inquiring, always order to be prepared vegan.

I love korean food, but its often difficult to find vegan options. 8 Options clearly marked on the menu at Angry Tofu.

Super knowledge staff

I've been twice and the staff is so good about bringing out vegan banchan. The veg bibimbop is excellent.

Vegan Hot Stone Pot!

I loved that there were so many options that could be made vegan. Let the server know you’re vegan before ordering because they bring out complimentary appetizers that won’t be vegan if you don’t let them know. Everything was delicious! I had deep fried tofu, leek pancakes, and the tofu hot stone pot. I loved the deep fried tofu and the hot stone pot. The two people I was with loved the leek pancakes, I thought they were ok. The texture was weird to me.

Pros: Multiple vegan options, Great food, Friendly service
