Not many vegan choices - Edit
Love the staff, but haven’t eaten here in years because of few vegan choices. Lived in EBurg for 17 years and ate here twice due to menu.

A Great Stop - Edit
We stopped here to get lunch on our way home from the Delaware Water Gap in July 2020. It was our first time away since lock down. This is a super cute, clean restaurant with really nice atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I ordered the vegan potato skins and my kids got the vegan nachos. They customized the nachos to my daughter's tastes. Everything tasted fresh. The angel crisps (homemade potato chips) were amazing! I am going back to the Delaware Water Gap for a short vacation and I am looking forward to going here again and dining in since I remember the atmosphere seems so fresh and airy.

Great find! - Edit
So cute and delicious. Our waitress was amazing and let me know all the substitutions I could make as well as a separate vegan/vegetarian menu. The breakfast menu you can sub all eggs for 'Just Egg' brand and vegan cheese. I got a veggie breakfast wrap and a grilled hash brown. Lots of vegan options!

Tasty options! - Edit
This cute cafe offers a vegan/vegetarian menu including a grilled vegetable sub with vegan cheese, an eggplant pate sandwich with vegan cheese, vegan chili, vegan quesadillas, vegan nachos, and more. They were super nice and allowed us to make vegan chili cheese fries with their chili and vegan cheddar. Worth a stop!

Delicious Vegan Options - Edit
This is small cafe in town. I was here with my husband who is not a vegan, it’s nice that the menu had options for both. I ordered potato skins with veggies, vegan cheese & sour cream. It was delicious! I also ordered a vegan quesadilla on a gluten free tortilla, that I throughly enjoyed. I will be returning and look forward to trying new things on the menu.

Good food and reasonable prices - Edit
This is probably the only place with a separate menu for vegan options in the Poconos. I love the Britburger which is eggplant-based but the wraps with zucchini are good as well. I enjoy the hand-made chips too. Hours are more for people who don't work unless you go Saturday or Sunday morning. Gluten-Free options as well.
