Angel Tea is an excellent asian-style restaurant located in Colinas Mall off of Avenida 27 de Febrero. It's easy to get to by taxi: just tell them "Colinas mall" and they will know where to go (it cost me 150 pesos from the historic center, but maybe your bargaining skills are better?). The restaurant is located in the food court of the third floor of the mall, next to all the generic mall food places. It is definitely worth a visit, for the variety of food, the taste, the price, and the very nice couple who owns/operates it.

Pros: Variety, Price, Nice owners

Cons: Located in a mall food court

Best food on this trip - Edit

It's also some of the best food I've had in a long time, not just on this trip. It is on the 3rd floor of that mall, as indicated.

Well worth it if you are anywhere near Santiago. The place is 100% vegetarian. I had a tofu and broccoli stirfry, and also some fried dumplings. I wish I had some more of their food right now.

The Chinese man and woman there are two of the nicest people on the island. They also have for sale these bonsai plants the man cultivates.

Pros: Food, Service, Cleanliness

Cons: Traffic in Santiago
