Good Grocery Store for Vegans - Edit
This is a store that caters to the local Seventh-day Adventist community, so they close early on Friday and all day Saturday. They have a good selection of the unique Adventist faux meats that are expensive and not so healthy but sometimes tasty. When I stopped by, they had a really good selection of produce including a lot of local produce. Also one of the best bulk foods selections I've seen.

Vegan Staples Available - Edit
Made a quick stop at this market while in town on business for work. They offer all the vegan staples you need. Daiya, Earth Balance, Amy's, Tofurky, Gardein, etc.
