Great little cafe that's situated in Ashton in makerfield. Popped in this morning after searching for somewhere local to have a breakfast while we are off work for a few days. Great choice on the menu, classics and some modern twists, ie salmon with eggs avocado ect. We wanted some stodge so I had the standard breakfast and my partner picked a few separate items. The food was great, hot, cooked as it should be and the toast had lashings of butter, all washed down with a nice hot coffee. Apparently he was on his own today so was busy busy, taking orders, cooking and clearing plates.. admirable from my point of view as I would have been stressed out !!! All in all very good and will be back ....
