I eat here when I'm not at the airport, I survive flights because they are at the airport! - Edit
&pizza makes amazing pizza, and it's very vegan friendly. You can get however many toppings you want, and they're all delicious.
This is located right in the spot where the C and D gates meet. Those are mostly domestic flights, but Dulles is laid out so that, after you pass through security, you can move through any part of the terminals. Even if I'm flying out of the A or B terminals, I try to make time to go to &pizza first.
When you get past security, if this is your first stop before going to your gate- WALK TOWARDS THE C GATES! Walking towards either C or D will get you there, but if you go to D, you have to take that really annoying bus between terminals, which is a slow, gigantic pain.
The pizzas are quite large, which is great when you have a long flight ahead of you. It's great to have some leftovers. I survived a 10 hour flight with no complimentary meal service thanks to &pizza. (OK, United, I guess DC to Honolulu is a domestic flight, but it still feels wrong to not serve food...) The box however is a pain, so I try to have a zip lock or something else to store it in so I can toss the box before my flight.
And for the person who said this can't be an airport restaurant, you're correct! It's a local DC chain which has blessed us travelers with it's presence at Dulles. I love eating here when I'm not at the airport.
Pros: So delicious, Lots of vegan options, Lots of food

such a nice surprise!! - Edit
This is a build your own pizza place, chipotle style. This place has so many vegan options, and are all clearly marked. Daiya cheese! All the vegetable toppings are vegan, and have a big assortment. Try also have spicy chickpeas, but since I can't handle spicy food, I skipped it. I got the traditional dough, with tomato sauce, daiya cheese, spinach, broccoli, mixed sautéed mushrooms, artichokes. And then after it cooked I topped it with arugula and fig Marsala sauce. It was amazing.

This can't be an airport restaurant... - Edit
I spend a lot of time in airports. As a vegan, it's usually a relegation to Sabra hummus packs and French Fry/salad combos. This place is fantastic. Crust is awesome. Plenty of veggie toppings - including some really great options like artichoke hearts and spicy chickpeas - great service, and good beer options. They were super fast and very very tasty. I would give 5 stars if I could...
Pros: vegan cheese , excellent topping selection, super-fast service
Cons: none

Great pizza, lots of options! - Edit
Great build your own pizza place! Loads of clearly marked vegan toppings and sauces. Vegan cheese... Too many vegan options to count! Unlimited toppings make it extremely affordable! Around $11 for a pizza you could easily share, and they'll have you ready to catch your flight in less than 10 minutes! Excellent option located right in between C and D
Pros: Lots of delicious vegan options , Fast , Unlimited toppings!
Cons: Not 100% vegan , Serves meat
