Nice surprise for vegan food in the West End - Edit
Unlike the rest of Vancouver, the West End is a little thin on the ground when it comes to vegan options. I wandered in and was surprised that the owner not only understood what vegan meant, but had two options of his flaxrolls that were fully vegan (Mex Veg and Ginger Coconut Yam). He said that he intends to expand the selection a lot more which is good. I also really liked that all the flaxrolls are gluten-free. This is a tasty, healthy, inexpensive option if you're heading for a walk in Stanley Park and want to take food with you - much-needed in this end of town!
