Corner 17 Avenida Suroeste and Paseo Salvador Allende, Barrio Marta Quezada, Managua, Nicaragua,

Restaurant across from Montoya Statue with a large gate painted orange and green. It's associated with the nearby macrobiotic shop. Relaxed atmosphere, limited English spoken. Serves local dishes prepared with soy substitutes for what would otherwise be meat, as well as many tofu dishes. Also sell whole wheat bread. Open Mon-Fri 10:00am-4:00pm.

delicious nica vegan food - Edit

Here you can get great taste of vegan Nicaraguan dishes and drinks like nacatamal, indio viejo and sopa de queso (this one is vegetarian :( ) for example. You get a great variety of dishes in the buffet, the flavors are quiet delicious and you can also order things from the menu, like burguers and sandwiches. The place is nice, you will see a very big and beautiful tree in the parking lot, it's branches gives shade to the restaurant. The place is big, you can sit in tables outside in the grass field of the garden or you can sit inside and surrounded by cristal windows and a roof but it is not totally closed. The atmosphere is very nice here.
