They have a lot of bulk options and healthy foods, like seaweed, specialty flours, and organic foods that are not available elsewhere. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They will order in bulk out of their supplier's catalog for you, so don't hesitate to ask for foods they don't have in stock.
