Banh mi

They have 2 banh mi options that can be made vegan by ordering without mayo. Sandwiches are relatively inexpensive $6.75. They also offer 2 vegan donuts. $1.50 per donut.

Bargain Bakery

The Coconut Ube Mochi Donut was bland, but I enjoyed the crispy outside paired with the chewy inside. Conversely, the Black Sesame Peanut Mochi Donut was very flavorful. Both donuts were warm, but I did arrive shortly after the bakery opened.

Pros: inexpensive, open early

Cons: limited vegan options

Hidden bakery with solid options!

They have two vegan bakery options from what I’ve seen, a gf mochi ube coconut donut, and a gf mochi black sesame peanut donut. They both have a crispy exterior, and chewy inside. They also have two Bahn Mi sandwiches that can be made vegan, a veggie tofu, and a veggie “meat” that both can be made vegan by omitting the mayo. The whole bakery is very reasonably priced, with the sandwiches being 6.50 each, and the donuts being 1.25 each.

Pros: Very affordable, Good mochi donuts, Fast service

Cons: Would be nice to see more vegan baked goods, Small parking lot

Hidden gem

DELICIOUS vegan and gluten free mochi donuts and amazing vegan banh mi. Not a ton of vegan options, but what they do have are killer. Plus, super affordable.

Pros: Very inexpensive
