Wonderful little restaurant - Edit
We've never had such good food for so little money. We ate there three times when we were in Hoi An. The portions were very generous (the lady even came to put us some more on the plate during our meal) and all the dishes we had extremely flavourful. There isn't a whole lot to choose from, it seems that only the very best dishes have made it on the menu. Especially we can recommend the hotpot and the rice platter.

A local Chay restaurant with mostly noodle and rice dishes, as well as a few other options like spring rolls and mushroom hot pot.

The My Quang (20k) was tasty, although a little greasier than usual.The Spring Rolls (30k) were great. They were fried, but camd with salad and rice paper to wrap them with too.

Not impressed really. Spring rolls were cold and soggy. Rice paper to wrap them in was a bit dirty. Pho soup was nice but v small portion. Cheap as chips but you get what you pay for.

Ordered the spring rolls and Pho. The spring rolls came with a plate of mixed salad, rice paper, pineapple and cucumber - I believe this is a traditional dish where everything is wrapped in the rice paper. Dipped in peanut sauce, yummy :)

Very standard Vietnamese veggie joint, with a limited menu of classic dishes, reasonable prices & prompt service (no English spoken, but translations on the menu). Good location if you want to stop off for lunch on the way between the old town and the beach.

Best in Hoi An - Edit
Hoi An is not the greatest town if you are vegetarian or vegan. We stayed for 8 days and tried 6 different vegetarian restaurants.

Good range of dishes, including some less common ones - Edit
Tested this place out recently after a recommendation from a friend. The lady serving was friendly and brought us English menus which had a good selection of dishes, some which I've not seen at other chay places in Hoi An. I ordered the mushroom with lemongrass and 'prawn' crackers dish and my boyfriend ordered the Banh Xeo. My mushroom dish was great, the mushrooms have a lovely chewy texture and pair perfectly with lemongrass. It was topped with a sweet chilli sauce. The lady showed me how to pile some of the mushroom mixture and fragrant greens on to a 'prawn' cracker. Not the most filling meal for 50,000, but they did have cheaper options that would probably be more substantial.

Overall, we weren't blown away by this place, but will give it another try to see what other dishes are like.
I've heard that it does a fantastic chay Chicken rice on the full moon days so shall be returning to try that.

We arrived here and sat in the outside area (not realising until later that there was an inside). From the small, simple menu we ordered a bowl of pho and one of bún, as well as a plate of spring rolls. My questions about eggs and milk were originally met with confusion but I was eventually put at ease. The food was all quite nice, but I was a bit surprised when, towards the end of our meal, some friends of the owner family arrived and the owners put on the fans and gave them ice, while we had been sitting in the heat the whole time. I wasn't left with a burning desire to come back here.

Good Vegan Eatery - Edit
I popped in for breakfast as it was very close to the hotel I was staying at and their breakfast buffet didn't have too many vegan options unfortunately. I had two mains: My Quang and Cao Lau, both good, nothing fancy or special but still tasty and both regional/local dishes specific for the Hoi An area! I felt very content eating there, therefore 5 stars :) Also some locals had breakfast there which I believe is always a good sign ;)

It was so great to taste An Nuh! The service didn't speak so well English, but they understood very fast what we wanted, because we showed them a picture of the meal. The food came very fast and was soooo good! The prices are very cheap and reasonable. So we would go there any time again!

Local noodles were yummy though I did find a rubber band mixed in the noodles. The rice platter was worth passing on. The prices are very affordable though the menu is limited. We were brought a drink we didn't order. Overall it was a simple and very affordable place to get some food that's a bit of the beaten path but not the kind of place that you'll kick yourself if you miss it.

Great family run spot. - Edit
I visited this place after a tip off from a friend and just had to add it to Happy Cow so that other people could find and enjoy it too. I shared the hot pot with my husband and we both loved it. The broth was super flavourful and delicious and it was full of mushrooms, tomatoes and tofu and we added the whole plate of greens they gave us. The fermented tofu is amazing too so make sure you add it!
