Gritty Texture - Edit
While walking around Hopkins, I was craving a sweet treat and decided to stop by Amy’s Cupcake Shoppe. It was around noon, and there were three vegan cupcake flavors left, although I believe at least one more was available earlier. I chose the coconut flavor since it is my favorite, but I was disappointed. The flavor was good, but the texture of the cake was very gritty. I understand it is also gluten-free, but I have had plenty of gluten-free cakes that were not gritty, so I do not think that is a fair excuse. While I appreciate the vegan options, I personally would not visit again.

Scarf-worthy - Edit
Each bite of cupcake was super moist & delectable making it extremely hard *not* to scarf. There are about 5 vegan (and gluten-free) cupcakes available on the daily menu, and a total of 16 flavors available to choose from when placing a custom order:
