Lovely vegan breakfast skillet - Edit
Being Dutch it felt so weird to sit at a restaurant called Amsterdam hahaha. But went there because of the great reviews and I totally understand them. I also chose the vegan tempeh skillet and I loved having a different breakfast than the usual vegan bowl or salad options. Also wonderful place to go to with people really wanting meat, since they have good options on the menu for both.

I found this restaurant on Happy Cow while I was in Kamloops on a short trip. I saw a clear vegan breakfast on the menu, and they opened at 7:30am - win!
Read moreI had the vegan breakfast skillet and absolutely loved it. I wish I was here for another day so I could have it again tomorrow! The staff were also lovely. Definitely will be back anytime I'm in Kamloops.

I got the tempeh skillet and loved it. They also have vegan crepes, but I didn't try those. Marked vegan & vegetarian options on the menu, some of the vegetarian options looked like they could probably be made vegan.

There are multiple vegan options on the menu that are actually well thought through, and not just oatmeal or a fruit salad. My favorite is the tempeh skillet, it's absolutely delicious!

I had the vegan tempeh breakfast skillet and oh lord it was so good. Very filling and I think our server was vegan as well and we had a good chat about tempeh. She also made sure there was no butter on my toast. I would return for sure.

Was looking for a place to have brunch with my family on vacation and found the Amsterdam had some vegan options for me and my kids. Skillet was very good and the kids inhaled their Strawberry Pannekoeks. Wish there was more of an option in plant based milks for my coffee, but overall was very good
