Hidden Gem next to the Amstel - Edit
Amstelhaven is a little harder to find, but when you do, you sure have a good time! They have a beautiful terrace next to the canal. They have a private dock, so you can come with the boat. They have lounge couches outside, and inside it’s very cosy.

Aside from that they serve a variety of specialty beers, wines and cocktails. The staff is wonderful, they take the effort to ensure you have a great time.
Although reservations are not needed, I would recommend making it because only then you are sure of a place.
