Date night Italian with full vegan menu - Edit
Really happy to discover this spot close by where we live. The outside doesn't do the inside justice, it is much nicer inside. It's the kind of place you could go to casually but you can also dress up a bit and splurge on a fancy night out, which is what we did on this visit to celebrate my birthday.
Read moreI was happy to have options on a fully vegan menu. They also adjusted their special appetizer for us and we had Bruschetta with strawberries and onions, which is not a combo I've had before and was a lovely start to the meal. I went with the Pasta Ala Boscaiola cause I love mushrooms and my husband had the Vegan Sausage, which by name sounds basic but it was anything but. Not sure how they cooked his sausage but we want their secret to try at home!
Great service/staff and nice atmosphere. It was a nice special dinner out.
Pros: Separate full vegan menu with lots of entrees, Informed cooks who can make adjustments, Great tasting food
Cons: Mainly sorbet for dessert, no vegan main desserts

They have a separate vegan menu with 5 vegan entrees. Of the food we got, I would say the minestrone and vegan sausage were great, and the vegan salad and pasta alla boscaiola were good. My husband liked the mushroom pasta more than I did. It had a little too much parsley for my taste.

They have soup, two salads and 4-5 vegan entrees. They even have a lemon sorbet that’s vegan.

Made me sad; spend your money elsewhere!!! - Edit
No vegan appetizers. Ordered and after waiting 30 minutes waitress came out to let me know they had no vegan ravioli. I got the pasta alla bascaiola: edible but no flavor and not filling. Costs $17 for this plate of sadness.
