Great Persian food in NOVA - Edit
Everything we tried was delicious. The hummus appetizer was great, served with some of the best pita we've had anywhere in the US. The Ashe Reshteh, a soup made with noodles, gabanzo and pinto beans was also delicious.
Read moreThe Vegan Koobideh kebabs made with Impossible hamburger and accompanied by a large side of saffron rice was excellent, as was the Gormeh Sabzi Stew (veganized-- request without cream). The stew is made with a flavorful mix of greens, mushrooms and red kidney beans.
Prices were a bit on the high side, but the portions were huge.
The server was very attentive to our dietary needs, and the owner came by our table to introduce himself and to make sure everything was to our liking.

Vegan Persian options - Edit
I had the vegan koobideh with rice ver tasty. Very large portions for lunch. Owner is very personable. I believe all the rice options are vegan. They also have stews but I did not try them. Looking forward to going back in. The future.
