Crystal dumplings - Edit
I tried the 5-color dumplings, a plainer taste, and the crystal dumplings, more flavorful. Both were delicious! A unique non corporate environment, very nice staff. I wouldn’t come in a hurry, it is not fast food. Yummy!

Amita means "infinite light" in Sanskrit and Amita Garden shines brightly like a vegan beacon in a non-vegan world. The owners have a unique vision for what it means to serve healthy delicious vegan food. Their dumplings, buns, and flat breads bring a whole new meaning to Chinese food, and their wonton soups, noodle and veggie dishes are a feast for the eyes and the palate. And their chocolate, carrot, and cheese cakes for desert are simply divine.

Delicious and nutritious locally sourced, organic vegan food! - Edit
This is my favorite restaurant in Ukiah. The food is amazing, clean (everything is vegan and at least 95% organic) and the people who own it are wonderful. I plan to hire them to cater an event. The hours are limited so be sure to visit Wed through Sat 11 am to 3 pm.

Such a cute little vegan place right off the freeway and close to a super charging station! Made a stop here for lunch while on our road trip and loved the cozy feel of the place, and absolutely delicious food!

They are having a very soft opening. The dumplings were exceptional! Each had a unique flavor profile. The stif fry noodles are beautifully done. Will be back for more soon!

Better than home cooked and worth the wait! Some of the best food we’ve ever had with an amazing variety of flavors. Portions were generous which meant plenty of leftovers for the rest of our road trip. Met the owner and chef and both were so kind and the entire place had great vibes. Definitely could feel the love in the food!

The owner was so kind, and the food was absolutely delicious. It was a bit slow for the food to come out, but that was fine for me for a relaxing Saturday lunch. The rainbow dumplings were a delight, but the crystal dumplings were even better. Truly something unique and special. 100% worth the wait for fresh, made to order perfection! I can't wait to go back!
