They have a V burrito

Per happy cow I ordered the tres sister burrito with no cheese. I verified the beans didn't have lard and rice didn't have chicken broth. And they let me know the mayo was dairy to remove that as well.
The wet sauce tasted like BBq sauce(different).
Bottom line i ate and kept on driving.

Cons: Wet sauce on burrito.

Lovely road trip stop

Amigo Cafe does a tasty vegan burrito (the “Three Sisters Burrito” ordered without the cheese and crema) in a charming space with warm and helpful service. They can also do vegan horchata and “red chili chai,” both with either almond milk or oat milk.

Highly recommendable for a plant-based meal on the road.

Sooo tasty

As below, I had the burrito with no dairy.
So delicious!
Only restaurant other than fast food I found near here which is why I stopped, and I'm so glad I did.
There is a vegetarian Navajo dish in the menu that could also perhaps be made dairy free, so worth checking.

Pros: Taste , Lovely environment and decor

Cons: Few options

Pretty good

This place is a local favorite. It is tiny inside and super busy. I had the Three Sister Burrito without dairy. The waiter was sure the rice and everything else was vegan. It is the only vegan thing on the menu without substantial modifications, and the menu doesn’t indicate vegetarian or vegan.

The burrito itself has an interesting pumpkin mole. The mole with the nest of rice is a little strong, but when eaten with the burrito contents, it is quite good. Overall, it had a good and unique flavor.

Pros: Unique flavor

Cons: Only one option , Menu not labeled
