Amiga Mia has two doors. Left entrance: terrace and bar ; Right entrance: counter downstairs. Here you can order snacks, ice cream and drinks.

This review is for downstairs only, as I did not go upstairs and try the roof terrace.
At the counter downstairs they had vegan ice cream (fruit sorbet only) on request.
Declared as vegan were only a brownie and vegan banana bread.
Beyond that I have not discovered anything else.
Here at happycow it says there are vegan waffles and crepe available.
I have not seen anything about that.
So you have to ask explicitly.
I tried the vegan brownie. Was ok but not great (for me personally it was a bit too dry).
When I'm in Lajares again, I'll try again at Amiga Mia. Maybe then there will be a better vegan selection.

After climbing the vulcano I came in for a treat. Nothing sweet and ice-cream starts at 12 o'clock. Wanted an iced coffee plant-based but they make the iced coffee with dairy ice-cream. Had an Americano and ice cubes in a glass which was fine but not exactly what I came for :D

New icecream shop in the town of lajares with a lot of vegan options, You can have breakfast there, waffels, creps, smoothies and the also have nice roof top bar with live music
