Fantastic Vegan Burgers - Edit
Woah this place is great! We ate here right before and right after our W trek.
They confirmed the burgers and bread are vegan and the daily soup was vegan on each visit.
The burgers are the star of the show here. They have 4 different vegan burgers. We got one blackbean/beet and one soy meat burger each time. They have lots of different veggie options to pile one (the verde sauce is great) and the burgers are fantastic. Definitely the best food we had in town. The burgers are huge thought, if you aren't really hungry you could easily get by with one burger and one soup for two people.
The vegan brownies are also great.

vegan options at many places in Chile have been bland. This place is anything but bland - I ate here three times over two days and tried almost everything. It's truly fantastic. This is also a good compromise as the meat eaters of the group loved the food here too.
