Late night! - Edit
Twice now I’ve at at America late night and forgot to take pics.. prob bc I was tired and hungry both times! But both times, they came through! Last night I had the impossible burger.. it had the perfect pickles on top and I loved their fries. And a couple nights ago I got the breakfast burrito and it was def the bomb!!

This is a restaurant inside of the New York New York hotel. Has vegan options clearly marked on the menu. I ordered the avocado toast with hash browns and grits. Nice option if you don’t want to venture outside of your hotel.

Great for Breakfast - Edit
A lot of places are closed for breakfast or serve sugary foods like pancakes. This place is open 24 hours a day. Breakfast menu includes two Mexican items, which is a nice change from typical American breakfast fare. I loved both of them. It also had some lunch options, but I didn't get a chance to try them. This will be my go-to place whenever I'm staying within walking distance.

Vegas is still not great for vegan options, but it has improved over the past couple of years. Finding breakfast is hard without venturing off-Strip. This place has three or four dedicated vegan breakfast options, clearly marked, separately on the menu. Good service, obviously serves the usual carnivorous fare. If you can deal with that, it's worth a visit

The only place I could find in the area where there were large vegan breakfast options. The food here tastes as you would expect in a roadside diner. Average, not bad but not so good you take a detour to return.

Would give zero if I could - Edit
Had ago toast for breakfast which was super bland, then returned to get pasta to take away since it’s the only place vaguely close to my hotel which has more than one vegan option, ordered the pasta making sure to ask them to check it’s vegan, waiting 10 minutes after paying only to be told the pasta has egg in it. No apology from the server, and they were trying to get me to accept the egg pasta!

Burrito was good, good portion size and I love just egg. Hash brown was very greasy and underseasoned
Avo toast was ok, nothing overly special
Service on the slow side, but I was moving a little slowly that day too so it was fine.

America in the New York New York hotel has an updated menu now (2022) with at least 3 clearly labeled vegan options, including a veggie burrito with plant-based sausage and vegan cheddar, steel cut oats, as well as an Impossible burger.
Read moreThe great thing is that the restaurant is open 24 hrs and serves breakfast all day, so all 3 are always an option.
The decor is great, with a map of America you just have to see too really understand its size. The staff is friendly.
It was surprisingly good, too. Great to see more prominent vegan options at a destination hotel like this!

Cons: It's like a Denny's with a full bar, Close to the casino, so a bit smoky, Service is a bit slow, even when empty
