Okay

They added the word vegan to the menu, and just offer items that they already have but leave off the cheese, meat, and sour cream. They also charge extra for that, as you can get a giant non vegan plate for less money. The vegan rice is just white. Would only recommend in a pinch and bring lots of cash.

3 Vegan Options Listed

There are 3 menu items clearly marked vegan (and also vegetarian items). We haven’t been since 2019, but went today (not to this location though, to the one by Intel Jones Farm on Griffin Oaks). I had the enchiladas and my husband had the burrito. The service was very slow today, but it’s a holiday weekend and perhaps they were short staffed. We weren’t in a hurry, just hungry. Lol.

Enchiladas were good. They are not like typical Americanized enchiladas. There’s no cheese inside or out. The filling was potato and mushrooms. The sauce was a blend of black beans and chilies. Topped with fried tortilla strips and grilled onions. Not overly heavy or greasy without the fried bits, I think it would be a pretty healthy option.

Husband loves the vegan burrito 🌯. It’s big and smothered in a red sauce. Again, no cheese or mock meats, but still a flavorful healthier option.

Pros: Vegan options clearly marked , Enchiladas had good flavor

Cons: Rice was a bit crunchy, No vegan meat/cheese subs for those who want them
