Craft pizza with creative toppings

There are not many pizzerias on the island which offer an appealing variety of well thought off plant based options including vegan mozzarella and cheese, so this cute pizza bar stands out alone for that. The interior is cozy and the couple running the restaurant welcomes you kindly, being fully vegan aware. I had the Mallorquina Veggie for takeaway and liked the taste combination of the ingredients, as well as its thin and light dough, which they let sit for 48h in order to ferment, making it not only tastier, but also more digestible. I added the salad De La Huerta to my order, as I’m always pleased to have more greens in my meals. The salad was rich with mushrooms, rocket, peppers, aubergines, artichokes and a balsamic vinaigrette. Personally, pizza is not the kind of food I crave often, but I will definitely return to try more options.
