Great food and fast service - Edit
This place looks like a club of sorts, has a huge bar and outdoor seating along with a restaurant and patio to sit. Food is great Indian and Indo Chinese fare.

I checked out the Happycow reviews before I visited to see what other vegan's had ordered. I ordered the spring rolls and the fried rice (without egg)

Worth a visit, lots of options - Edit
We dined twice at Amber Restaurant and can definitely recommend as they do Indian, Chinese and Western cuisine. Food was very tasty, just make sure you're clear with them about what is in it. The staff were a bit unsure and had to keep asking the chefs. Sichuan fried rice (make sure you specify no egg)and Sichuan veg curry were very good. Veg Spring rolls are excellent!

Great Indian food - Edit
Love the wide variety of options available for vegans and vegetarians. Had the vegetable curry with cashew sauce and it was brilliant. Another friend ordered the triple Sichuan fried rice, which was also spectacular. Went with other omni friends who were equally satisfied with what they ordered.
